Zimbabwe's governing party, ZANU PF, is wrapping up its annual conference, where an extension of President Emmerson Mnangagwa's tenure will likely be endorsed. Retired Journalist and Political Commentator Jealousy Mawarire told Newzroom Afrika that Zanu PF wants to change the constitution and avoid the requirement of going to the people for a referendum.
