3 Main Civilizations

• The Ancient Egyptian Empire
• The Ancient Greek Empire
• The Ancient Roman Empire

All three empires wrote about the lands of the Monomotapa Empire and placed it in a location called Ethiopia. The Egyptian Empire is the oldest of the three and goes back over 3,000 years. The Greeks went to school in Egypt and eventually took over from the Egyptians. After a few hundred years, the Roman Empire took over. The Roman Empire goes back 2,000 years.
