From age 16 to 18, participants will select a field of specialization and receive rigorous training in that discipline, while also contributing to national development. The program aims to mobilize expertise to educate, repair, build, and secure Zimbabwe’s critical economic, agricultural, and transportation infrastructure, fostering a culture of service, responsibility, and civic duty.
